Online quote requests are not yet available through this website. The quote request page shows the information a request will ask for, but it cannot be submitted, so no information entered there is collected, transmitted or stored.

When online requests become available, a request may include a name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property address and a description of the appraisal need, and this page will be updated to describe how that information is handled.

How information is used

Information provided through this site is used to respond to an inquiry, ask any follow-up questions needed to understand an assignment, confirm availability and provide a fee quote. It is not sold.

Sensitive documents

Please do not send confidential financial, court, estate or appraisal documents through this website. If additional documentation is needed for an assignment, Stefanie will provide secure instructions.

Appraisal confidentiality

Appraisers have professional confidentiality obligations to their clients. Assignment results are shared with the client and the intended users identified in the assignment, and otherwise only as authorized by the client or required by law.
