I am a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser (License TX 1360370-CR) and an FHA Certified Appraiser with more than 14 years of residential valuation experience, and I own Loreal Valuations. My practice focuses on independent residential appraisals — including eligible residential FHA appraisals — for homeowners, families, attorneys, real-estate professionals and lenders across North Texas and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
A great deal of my work happens during difficult moments — a divorce, the loss of a parent, a disputed assessment, a decision about a home someone has lived in for decades. I try to make my part of it calm and predictable: clear scope, clear timing, clear communication and a report that says what it means.
Independence is the foundation of the work. I develop an opinion of value from the property and the market data, not from what anyone hopes the number will be. If I am not the right appraiser for an assignment, I will say so.
